I use it with my Apple TV and its always logging me off. It makes you log in from another device, so it becomes hassle to use.

Showtime Anytime on my Tv automatically logs me out every few weeks and im required to have the showtime anytime app on my phone to log back in on my tv. Why not just kick me in the privates and kill my dog? A$$#*£€s!

Hello? Showtime? Time to fix these bad reviews. Why do you have to keep logging in on Apple TV almost every time. This rarely happens with any other service like HBO GO, NETFLIX and AMAZON. Fix it! Please!!!!

This is the single worst app from a major source on the entire App Store. The app itself is just not great, but lets focus on integration. If you own an Apple TV (I do), you are REQUIRED to log into your Showtime via your provider account on your mobile device (this crappy app) or from a web portal. So basically, you cant log on directly from the ATV. Bad move. And it makes this requirement about every 6 days. So if you only use it on say, Wednesdays, you STILL have to log on. And often times (as I write this), even logging into it on my app does NOT allow me entry on my ATV. Just a horrible app. Made all the worse because its not some single basement dwelling developer. Its a multi-million dollar corporation. Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Worst app Ive ever used. Using Apple TV, it cut my episode short because my "session expired" and I have to log in AGAIN, forcing me to download & delete this god-awful app.

I have an Apple TV and I am REQUIRED to download this app in order to sign in. Not very happy

There is another app for showtime, called "Showtime" that works just fine on Apple TV. I think this particular app is more for mobile use. The other app has to be activated or, preferably, a subscription should be purchased. Once activated, you shouldnt have to constantly log in. I dont have to. And if the app freezes, restart the Apple TV. If that doesnt work, uninstall then reinstall the app. And quit crying. Lol

App works fine, nothing fantasy, but why must I upgrade to ios8 or I cant use the app, dont like that at all

Ive never used this app before today. I wanted to watch showtime and downloaded it and opened and a message says the app is out of date and needs an update, OK,App store says this is the latest version. Ive closed all apps, restarted and tried again. Says an update is required and app stores says its the latest version. Whats up?

Someone threw the forced upgrade flag without testing it. I updated the app to the current version and keep getting the message that I must upgrade. Awful user experience.

This app doesnt support iphone lightning to HDMI connector. My apple lightning to HDMI connector works with every other app on my iphone (you tube, movies, amazon prime, books, music), all can be transmitted to and watched on my flat screen EXCEPT Xfinity apps and Showtime Anywhere. What a waste of a download. This app is useless. It forces you to connect to apple tv if you want to watch HDMI on your home flat screen. No apple tv? Too bad, you have to watch on your teeny tiny iphone screen.

My login problem seems to be solved. An ad blocker app was preventing the login page from fully loading so I couldnt enter my info. I closed Showtime, turned off the ad blocker, opened Showtime and logged in successfully. Then closed Showtime before turning the ad blocker back on. I reopened Showtime and I was still logged in. If I get logged out, I know what to do now. I will contact the developer of ad blocker app and see if they can address the issue. I will use Showtime at some point and then rate it accordingly.

Continuous server error. Makes the app worthless.

I downloaded the app and registered through my cable subscription. Watched 3 shows, until buffering issues started. Now cant play anything at all, its been a few hours now. The same thing happened yesterday. The app doesnt seem stable. Also now it doesnt work when hooked to the tv via the Apple Digital lightening jack, which worked just fine a few months ago.

Cannot download shows to watch offline like Starz allows you to. So dont claim anytime!

HBO go. So much better
