Showtime Anytime App Reviews

App wont even open up to a log in page to let me try it. It keeps saying to check my internet yet all my other streaming apps work just fine. Why dont you check your app instead? Utterly useless.

No longer able to log into the app at all. No error message just reloads the log in page. Get your act together Showtime its 2016.

The app should be called, "Showtime Some of the Time". Its an excellent service when it works, but I have found it is chronically slow and pauses for minutes at a time despite excellent internet connectivity. Use with great patience.

It wont let me connect to my tv even though I use an apple lightning to hdmi connection?? Who the hell thought this was a good idea? If I could give this app zero stars i would. DEVELOPERS FIX THIS!!!!

Try watching an hour-long show on this piece of garbage app. Inevitably, the screen freezes,a message appears telling you that you cant connect to Showtime right now, and you should try again later. "Billions" is an excellent show, I think, but I cant be sure because the app has never permitted me to watch an entire episode without interruption.

This app is absolutely awful. I would give it zero stars if I could. Keeps coming up with an error message about no internet connection and I absolutely have Internet. Youd think after all the bad reviews something wouldve been done.

App keeps crashing. Not happy

Stopped using the Showtime app in favor of my xfinity app which has all the same shows/movies but no 30 second skip back or forward. This app has a skip back but no skip forward. But on my 30Mbs wifi, the image is awful and the audio is too low. If you have Comcast, use the Xfinity Go app.

Almost never works. Very outdated. Needs dramatic overhaul. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Showtimes server has terrible bandwidth availability, and I know its not a problem on my end. Every minute or so of view time requires about ten seconds of buffering wait time. Shame on Showtime for putting out a garbage service. I cant imagine paying for this as a standalone service.

One star out of generosity. Review title says it all. Watching complete episodes of shows over 30 minutes almost never works.

I dont see why this app has such bad reviews. When compared to HBO go, its 100% better. It cast easily, and has a save list. It also has a next episode button which is convenient. You can also cast live showtime.

How many times do I need to verify. What a major pain. Need to fix this awful program. Just this week alone - I had to enter new code 3 times. On top of that... You can not activate through an iPad Pro.
